Michael, they are both nice shots. If I had a criticism it is that the left margin needs a bit of air compositionally and the right side has a bit too much. I would shift the whole thing left a hair. Let the wine bottle breathe.
Thanks for the additional input, Ken & Robert. Crop to let the bottle breath? Love it! I can't remember why I cropped the left side of the image as I did, but, regardless, I'm putting this baby to bed and moving on. Thanks again. It was a great learning experience.
I hope in this image the wine glass stands out better than in the previous shot. (Below).
