  2. I have two reactions one positive one less so. First the positive: I like it as a form of painting there is a lot of glow and a level of visual perfection unattainable in the world of reality. The crafting of the image is exquisite as an example of post production editing. It has internal consistency and thus earns a right to a place in the artistic world. On the less wondrous side it seems to me that the extensive post processing separates the image in front of me from any way I might envision he Getty in "reality". I can't identify a natural light source, it seems that there must be batteries of blue floods just outside the frame and hidden behind various objects. So I find myself split into Jerry Uelsmann and Paul Strand with the Jery part quite happy and the Paul Strand part shaking his head.

  3. Despite my mixed reaction I would give this image a "9" as a camera club judge as it is a good example of the genre.
